How Do I Get My Sample?

Print out the Sample Program Product Request form and take it to your doctor. Talk to your doctor to see if Helixate^® FS is right for you or your child and to discuss how to switch. Then have your doctor fill out the request form and fax it to us at the number shown on the bottom of the form. The sample will be delivered to your doctor for you to pick up.

The Helixate^® FS Difference

If you or your child is currently using another factor VIII (FVIII) product for hemophilia A, consider the Helixate^® FS Difference:

  • No other rFVIII product has a smaller diluent size
